When do I get my license key?

You wil receive your license key for phpDesigner 8 within 24 hours. After your order is processed successfully, you will first receive a confirmation e-mail for your order sent from PayPal or SWREG, which contains your order data including your invoice or receipt.

As soon as I received the order request, a registration e-mail will be sent to you afterward within 24 hours. If you purchase by eCheck, your license key will not be sent until I receive notification that your eCheck has been cleared, it can take 3-5 days.

Updates are minor feature additions, enhancements and fixes, within the same version number, i.e. 8.2, 8.2.5, 8.5 etc. Being a registered user, you are entitled to a free updates.

Upgrades
In addition, once a major revision of the software you have previously purchased is released, you'll probably need to pay an upgrade fee 30% off if you want to take advantage of this major upgrade, since it may be combined with a significant amount of improvements.

If a major revision is released less than three months after you have purchased the software, you will receive the upgrade free of charge.
